Can I drive again

Life took a new turn I seem to be driving a new car Tried to wipe off stains from what happened last summer But the scratches still remain I learnt tackling manoeuvres better When to speed up how not to stutter The guards were raised But the fears still remain Standing next to the edge I just need a hard push Don't ever wanna see this cliff I'll either fall for good or forever new skies attain

I - There's a world inside me

As I float thousands of feet above the ground  I look below at the world that seems to crawl As i also try to dive in deeper To see the person that I can "I" call There's a child in me that wants to keep flying The child in me that's so subdued but it keeps trying It craves for attention as much as it strives to run away Doesn't really know what life is but doesn't even care about dying There's a monster in me that's as cruel as the wildest beast It can hurt the strongest hearts around, The most beautiful eyes can bleed, the most caring hands tremble It's right here inside me however surprising it may sound There's a lover in me that only lives to care His job is to see you out of trouble and he charges only in smiles A diehard romantic, could make you weak in your knees Talk about his childhood crush, innocently he still blushes and smiles There's this moaner in me, it is never really happy Sadness is its favourit

Mate your eyes tell a story!!!

Smile is what the world gets to see Smile is what, I intend, they take away too Smile is what, I prefer, remains consistent So there’s no point in asking me “How do you do” The world gets to see it, they feel envious The world gets to share it, they take it for granted Is the mirror a window to another world? Coz only the mirror rarely gets to see it It can lead to laughter, It may come with tears You could smile when you blush, or might want to just hide your fears You may smile when you’re guilty, a smile may be sly All you see is a smile, tough to reach the inner layers But like windows on an opaque wall The eyes seek for themselves some glory And One of those millions around you, the one who you’d least expect, would suddenly tell you “Mate, your eyes tell a story” So much for the effort of smiling then Out comes your mind from underneath the smiling layers And when what the mind says can be heard by someone You would know you’re with
